- Job Decription
- Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including volume and value targets.
- Customer & Client Relations: Build and maintain productive, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Merchandising & Inventory Management: Ensure optimal product visibility, implement Planograms, monitor stock levels (FIFO), and manage inventory to prevent stockouts.
- Promotional Execution: Execute in-store promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns to increase market share.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, such as promotions and new launches, and provide feedback to sales management.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Lead Generation & Sales Growth: Identify new potential customers and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
